How can we access the page of download firmware?

It's only visible for our registered users. The reason why you are unable to access the page to download the firmware is likely because EXVIST Cares requires users to register and log in before you can access certain resources, such as firmware downloads. In order to access the download page, you may need to create an account on the Help Center and log in with your credentials. Alternatively, if you believe you should have access but are experiencing issues, you may want to reach out to the our support team for further assistance.

NOTES: As a registered user, you will be able to access and download firmware, submit tickets for technical support, and leave comments or questions regarding any issues you may encounter.

How can we determine which firmware version we should download?

Encoder/Codec Series	Related Models	Remark
GK72 MS7 Encoder Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-16E, ON-DMI-16EW, ON-DMI-16EP, ON-DMI-16EM, ON-DMI-16EC. The serial numbers are started with GKE2023.	The serial numbers will be started with 16E later;
GK72 MS7 Encoder Pro Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-16D, ON-DMI-16DW, ON-DMI-16DP.	The serial numbers will be started with 16D later;
GK72 TP9 AHD Encoder Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-16AH. The serial numbers are started with 16A.	The serial numbers will be started with 16A later;
MC30 ITE Encoder Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-30B, ON-DMI-30BW, ON-DMI-30BP, ON-DMI-30D, ON-DMI-30DW, ON-DMI-16DM(Decoder), HDMI Encoder Series	The serial numbers will be started with 30B later;
SS52 MS7 Encoder Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-52B, ON-DMI-52BW, ON-DMI-52BP, ON-DMI-52D, ON-DMI-52DW.	The serial numbers will be started with 52B later;
TV30 ITE Codec Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-30B, ON-DMI-30BW, ON-DMI-30BP, ON-DMI-30D, ON-DMI-30DW, TV-MIX Series	The serial numbers will be started with 30T later;
SS50 MS7 Codec Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-50B, ON-DMI-50BW, ON-DMI-50BP, ON-DMI-50D, ON-DMI-50DW, TV-MIX Series	The serial numbers will be started with 50B later;
GK72 ITE Encoder Series (Visible to Registered Users Only)	ON-DMI-16E, ON-DMI-16EW, ON-DMI-16EP, ON-DMI-16EM. The serial numbers are started with GKE2022 or GTE2024.	Will be gradually discontinued. If you prefer this series, it's acceptable for customization.
