As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize costs and offer more flexible purchasing options, we have decided to progressively discontinue the inclusion of a 1‑meter network cable with our standard encoder packages.

Market feedback indicates that many of our customers already have their own preferred network cables or require different lengths based on their installation environments. By removing the bundled cable, we can reduce overall product costs and pass the savings on to you, while also minimizing packaging waste. This adjustment allows us to focus resources on core product quality and maintain competitive pricing.

The change will be introduced gradually over the next production cycles. Existing stock will still include the cable, but new production batches will ship without it. We will clearly indicate this change on product labels and datasheets.

Since the network cable is no longer included, customers may purchase suitable cables independently from their preferred suppliers according to their specific needs. We do not sell network cables ourselves, so we encourage you to choose any standard Ethernet cable that meets your performance and length requirements.

We believe this adjustment offers greater flexibility and cost‑effectiveness for our customers. We remain committed to delivering the same high performance and reliability that you expect from our encoders & decoders.
