    TB-BG95-Board is a NB-IoT/CAT M1/GPRS/GNSS development Board with Arduino interface. Its physical size is 82.4mm × 68.8mm.  TB-BG95-Board development Board can be used alone or in conjunction with STM32 Discovery kit IoT node.

    Main USB Serial port:

    • Used for AT command communication and data transmission.
    • Default is 115200 BPS. Can be used for AT command transmission and data transmission, support RTS and CTS hardware flow control.

    Debug USB Serial port:

    • Used for firmware debugging
    • Default baud rate: 115200bps

    GNSS serial port

    • Default support 115200 BPD for GNSS data and NMEA sentence output.

    NOTE

    • 1) Within operation temperature range, the module is 3GPP
    • 2) Within extended temperature range, the module remains the ability to establish and maintain an SMS*, data transmission, etc. There is no unrecoverable malfunction. There are also no effects on radio spectrum and no harm to radio network. Only one or more parameters like Pout might reduce in their value and exceed the specified tolerances. When the temperature returns to the normal operating temperature levels, the module will meet 3GPP specifications again.
